Under Matching you set how much role skill, skills coverage, languages, remote/onsite, rate, travel and experience weigh. A distribution bar shows base + seniority bonus; you can reset to defaults.

Gates and thresholds (minimum score to save a match, include in-process candidates, implicit SAP years) keep kanban noise down. Rate margin and tolerance live under Operations.

Bulk CV upload drops PDFs into the tenant inbox, parses with Gemini and moves files to cvs/ with standard naming. Counters for pending, errors, quota and imported show batch status.
